April's Bridal Portraits

April wanted a country-like setting so this horse ranch was perfect!  The horses were into the photo shoot just as much as April was.  I love this session!  April is just stunning!

I don't even know where to begin with this blog entry.  I had so many favorites that it's taken me weeks just to sort through all the pictures and narrow it down.  Jessica and Rob are such a beautiful couple!  They are just so laid back, easy-going and so much fun and their family was a replica of everything this couple stands for.  I felt as though I had known these people forever and they made me feel as though I was a guest.  My cheeks hurt at the end of the night from smiling so much.  I had a blast watching everyone dance.... and MAN can these people DANCE!  This will be one of my most memorable nights.  Thank you Jessica and Rob for inviting me to be apart of your most special day.  I wish you both nothing but the most wonderful blessings in this life!  You both are amazing people and I wish you both all the best!

I love this next picture.  The look on Jessica's face is full of pure love.  She's looking at her soon-to-be husband at the end of the isle.  This is one of those "looks" that just melt my heart!

April & Jacob's Engagements

April & Jacob are getting married in June so when April asked if I would be their wedding photographer I couldn't be more excited!  April has held quite a special place in my heart since I 1st met her!  She is my husband's cousin and was one of the 1st to give me a heart warming welcome into the family.  She and I have shared many heart felt conversations over MUCH NEEDED cocktails.  I couldn't be happier for April & Jacob.  You can just see the love between this beautiful and perfect-for-each-other couple.  Their obvious country themed Engagements is a fun sneak peek at what's to come in June!

Meet the Browns

April had asked if they could bring Jacob's daughter, Hannah and have a few Family Portraits done of their soon-to-be..... new family!  I've met Hannah a few times and she is quite a doll!  I agreed without hesitation.  I believe we have a model in the making.  Hannah jumped in on que, used her own poses, incorporated her own ideas and just brought a new level of fun to the entire shoot!  She is quite the ham and quite photogenic - something she and her new mom both share!  Hannah - you are too cute and so much fun and I am happy to have you in the family!
