About Sharon Summers.....
I grew up in South Texas, moved to Austin, Texas where I worked in a photo lab and was accepted to The University of Texas (Hook 'Em) where I studied Journalism. I took Photojournalism where I learned to use a very old Manual Nikon camera. Everything was processed on 35mm slide film and the class was extremely expensive. Some projects I excelled on others I bombed! It was a LOVE/HATE relationship with this class and the professor who I thought was a brilliant pervert (ask me about that on a photo shoot and I will give you a wonderful story!)
Years after I graduated I met the Love of my Life! This Love of mine is in the United States Army and swept me off my feet, married me and carried me off to Germany! Before my move to Germany, photography was always a hobby and everyone knew at every event there would be tons of pictures because I never left the house without my camera. I loved Scrapbooking and doing creative things with my photographic Memories.
Germany has been a Photographer's Dream! I have been traveling all over Europe photographing every nook and cranny I can capture! It wasn't until a friend of mine asked me to photograph her Wedding that I started getting into Portraits. After that friends started asking me to do their portraits and things just took off from there.
Seeing that look of approval and those Smiles when I show the proofs to someone after their portraits is worth every minute and every ounce of Sweat that I pour into every single Picture!

I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY AND I LOVE MAKING PEOPLE SMILE AND CAPTURING MEMORIES AND SPECIAL MOMENTS ON ONE SIMPLE PHOTO!
